As I walked to Oasis 21 (it's this shopping/events complex) to catch the bus as I was meeting my mom for dinner last night, I couldn't get past ogling every character I could see. It's "little" events like this that buzz my head to always be thankful that I live in Japan. May summer last longer.

Cosplayers On The Loose
The parks between home and Sakae were crowded with everyone screaming "kanpai" in their cotton tees and sandals (nobody wears flip-flops here) with their plastic promotional fans. It's that time again when you walk into the thick of humid air funked up by the smell of sun, sweat and alcohol--outdoor drinking in its element. Also, it's the World Beer Summit for the next couple of weeks!
